- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Made an appointment with this office for 6pm and they weren't even there. We arrived at 5:35 and waited. Called the next morning to ask why no one was there and only got excuses and Anthony was trying to argue with me saying he was there at 5:35 because his last transmission was at 5:38pm. Explained that it doesn't matter and the fact was that they weren't there for our scheduled appointment. They actually did us a favor because we went to the Kernersville NC office and they were wonderful. I do not recommend the Walkertown office.By Donna Jenkins, January 08, 2018
